You are in for a treat!! Shower and rinse off all soap. Apply a quarter-sized amount of Sugar Glow to damp skin and massage in circular motions toward, from hands up to shoulders, from feet up to legs, always massaging towards the heart, especially on dry areas like elbows and knees.  Rinse completely with warm water. Do not use soap after you Sugar Glow or you will remove all those luscious oils you just massaged in! If you Salt Glow your feet, make sure to stand on a damp towel. Pat dry.
