Pure Lanolin... This is one of my favorite ingredients because it's so effective. First off, lets be clear that lanolin comes from sheep's wool. No sheep are harmed in its extraction. In fact, they love being sheared! It feels really good to have that heavy, tangled and dirty wool removed, letting fresh air cool their skin. So this is a happy ingredient.
Lanolin is a natural oil that is distributed in the sheep's wool, giving protection from rain and moisture. This natural secretion is very close to the natural oils we secrete from our own skin.
