Shipping Policies

SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.A.

Orders are processed within one business day. We try to ship within three business days from the processing date. If an order will be delayed more than three business days, we will try to notify you. We know you are anxious!! And we can't wait for you to have your goodies but we are a small artisanal studio and sometimes the orders do back up. We thank you in advance for your patience.

If you choose Second Day Air or Three Day Shipping, the arrival day is two or three business days after the ship date.

At checkout, we show exact rates for shipping to make it easy for you to see the precise total cost of your shipping, if you live in the Mainland U.S.A.

We ship via UPS or USPS for all orders. For UPS, please use a physical address only. For PO boxes, please use USPS.

"Business day" means Monday through Friday except the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- Day after Christmas Day
- New Year's Eve

Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico:

We also use UPS for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. However, if you would like the lowest shipping cost, we will e-mail quotes for a wide range of shipping rates and/or additional options, along with the estimated time in transit, cost of insurance, etc.. The exact cost of postage or shipping is applied to your purchase total. This shipping policy is subject to change or revision at any time.
