When I introduced Calmez Vous, to a group of 25 women at Sunnybrook Nursery in Chesterland, OH, I simply worked the regimen in the way I do at home which is outlined below. One more thing ... My ruddy complexion has made me a big fan of self-tanners, since sun worship is now a great big no-no and can cause flare-ups.
