It is a full application of all the Fit Face components that you treat your face to once a week. Here's how it goes... step 1 prep! with the Rhassoul daily radiance face polish, wet your face. working with a 2 x 3 inch piece of Rhassoul, work up a thick lather all over the face... adding more water to make the lather. do NOT rinse. proceed to step 2: step 2 purify & refine! with microcrystal refining creme with fingertips, lightly apply Refining creme on top of the Rhassoul lather. use the shammy if you like. massage the skin in small circles in an upward motion until cheeks and forehead are well-covered. do not apply near eye area. proceed to step 3: prairie oat mint complexion bar. step 3 condition & cleanse! with the rich prairie oat mint complexion bar with your hands, work up a good, fluffy lather with your prairie oat mint bar. apply to entire face covering the Rhassoul and the Refining creme lathers. rinse well with lukewarm to cool water. wipe with shammy. rinse again until all traces of micro crystals are rinsed away. glow!! step 4 nourish! finish with only face feed and body silk. for normal to oily skin, apply light moisturizer if desired. Do not apply a moisturizer with an active ingredient such as Alpha or Beta Hydroxy, Co-Q 10, Retinol, Accutane etc. step 5 seal & protect! for dry skin, or dry climates, lightly apply only pore seal & moisturizer to ensure your radiance lasts all day long! How often should one use the Fit Face System? Every day. We have three different exfoliation routines designed to adjust to your skin's need on any given day. We recommend that you start by using Rhassoul and Prairie Oat Mint three mornings a week and Prairie Oat Mint every night. Once you're used to the Rhassoul, you decide how often to use it.
