Working with the white layer first, gently massage your body working in small circles. Begin with your feet, work up your legs to your thighs and move into the tummy area.
Now work your arms, massage from your hands up your arms, on to your shoulders and chest. Always massage toward your heart. It's great for your circulation.
Follow the same routine working from your feet, up your legs, massaging in small circles toward your heart.

Handmade Soap Care: Feel free to cut your bars into chunks. They will keep forever. Store in dark, airy spot like a linen closet or lingerie drawer. Do not store in Ziploc or any kind of baggie or air tight container. Soap breathes! To help your handmade soap last as long as possible, keep in a well-drained soap dish and allow to dry between uses. If left standing in water or in a direct stream of water, the lifespan of the bar will be shortened.
